This effects Kansas, how?

This effects kansas because we are below North Dakota, so the weather up there is no diffrent then what we have down here! ( well.... kinda..... maybe a little diffrent..). somtimes we have very diffrent weather and somtimes we have very close weather. we may never know just how diffrent we actually are.
